How to Reset Your DDSC Account Password?

Step-by-Step: Resetting Password
- Open the DDSC app.
- Tap “Forgot Password?”
- On the login screen, tap Restore under Forgot Password.
- Enter your registered email
- Type the email address associated with your DDSC account.
- Tap Submit / Continue.
- Check your email for verification code sent
- Open your email inbox.
- Look for a password reset email from DDSC contains the verification code.
- Enter the verification code
- Follow the instructions in the email:
- Enter a reset code in the app.
- Create a new password
- Enter your new password following the security requirements.
- Confirm the password and tap Save / Reset Password.
- Log in with your new password
- Return to the app login screen.
- Use your email + new password to access your account.
