How to Change DDSC App Passcode?

Introduction

This article explains how to change the passcode you use to unlock the DDSC app.

Step-by-Step: Changing Passcode

  1. Open the DDSC app & log in.
  2. Go to Settings
    • Tap Settings at the bottom of the app.



  3. Open Security Methods
    • Tap Security Methods.



  4. Select “Change Passcode”
    • Tap Change Passcode.

  5. Enter your current passcode 



  6. Create a new passcode
    • Enter your new passcode.
    • Confirm your new passcode.



  7. Save changes
    • Once confirmed, your new passcode will be required to unlock the app (unless you use biometrics).
