How to Receive DDSC?

Introduction

This article explains how to receive DDSC into your DDSC wallet by sharing your receiving details with the sender.

Step-by-Step: Receiving DDSC

  1. Open the DDSC app & log in
    Use your password or chosen security method.
  2. Go to the Receive screen
    • From the main dashboard, tap Receive.


  3. View your receiving details
    • The app will display:
      • Your DDSC wallet address, and/or
      • A QR code representing your address.
      • Select the asset you would like to recieve
    • You can:
      • Tap Copy Address and paste it into a message or email, or
      • Show your QR code to the sender for them to scan, or
      • Use the Share button to send your address directly.


  4. Wait for the sender to complete the transfer
    • Once the sender processes the transaction, it will be broadcast and processed on the network.
  5. Confirm receipt in the app
    • Tap Activity at the bottom of the app to view your latest transactions.
    • Once processed, you’ll see the incoming DDSC in both your balance and transaction history.
