Transactions

Transaction Pending or Stuck

A transaction may remain pending if the blockchain network is congested.

Common reasons:

  • Low gas fee

  • Network congestion

  • Wallet processing delays

What to Do

  1. Check the transaction status on a block explorer.

  2. Wait for the network to process the transaction.

  3. Contact your wallet provider if the issue persists.

Transaction Failed

A DDSC transaction may fail for several reasons.

Common causes include:

  • Insufficient gas fees

  • Network congestion

  • Smart contract errors

If a transaction fails, funds are usually returned to the sender’s wallet.

Understanding Blockchain Confirmations

A confirmation occurs when a transaction is included in a block on the blockchain.

Each additional block increases the transaction’s security.

Some services wait for multiple confirmations before crediting deposits.

Transaction Confirmed but Balance Not Updated

If the transaction is confirmed but funds are not visible:

Possible reasons include:

  • Wallet synchronization delay

  • Token not imported into wallet

  • Platform processing delay

Try refreshing your wallet or adding DDSC as a custom token.
