if the issue is not resolved you can reach to CBUAE through SANADAK platform https://sanadak.gov.ae/en/

Provide the following information:

  • Transaction hash

  • Network used

  • Wallet address

  • Amount sent

  • Description of the issue

  • Date and time of transaction
