If your DDSC deposit is not visible, check the following:

1. Transaction Status

Use the transaction hash (TxID) on a block explorer to confirm the transaction was successful.

2. Network Confirmation

Your deposit may require several blockchain confirmations before it is credited.

3. Network Mismatch

Ensure the sender used the same network supported by the receiving wallet.

4. Address Verification

Confirm that the deposit address entered by the sender matches exactly.


If the Issue Persists

Please contact support and provide:

  • Transaction hash (TxID)

  • Network used

  • Sending wallet address

  • Receiving wallet address

  • Amount sent

  • Time and date of the transaction
